Hi, I'm looking to rent out my condo in Livermore starting early April 2018 (condo available 4/6/18). The condo has 2 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, 1225 sq ft of living space, and two assigned parking spots (one-car attached garage and one designated outdoor spot). Condo configuration: First floor 1. Living/dining areas (hardwood laminate floor) 2. Kitchen (hardwood laminate floor, granite countertops) 3. Half (guest) bathroom. 4. Attached, one-car garage. Additional one-car parking spot outside. Second floor 1. Master bedroom suite (spacious bedroom, full bathroom with tub/shower and dual sink). 2. One guest bedroom. 3. One guest full bathroom in the hallway. 4. In-unit washer/dryer. Extra house features: 1. Very easy access to I-580. 3 miles to Labs (LLNL and SNL). 2. Walking distance to parks, schools, stores, and restaurants. 3. Central A/C and gas heating. I plan on renting the condo for $2500 per month, for a year or multi-year contract. First month's rent, last month's rent, and a security deposit (1 month's rent) are required up front. I will pay for monthly HOA fees and trash service. Other utilities (cable/internet, gas/electric, and water) will be the tenant's responsibility. I am looking for a clean and responsible (personally and financially) tenant (credit history and rental reference requested). I am okay with the master tenant subletting the guest rooms to friends/colleagues, as long as the master renter is still the responsible main point-of-contact. I am a very responsible, responsive, yet laid back landlord. I give a lot of flexibility to my tenant(s) to improve the house and do minor fixes (following concurrence from me). In return for the flexibility, the tenant(s) normally take care of the house themselves. Where fixes are needed, either they fix the minor issues themselves -- or they hire helpers, and I reimburse them for the expenses. Please contact me if you are a serious interest. Thank you for your interest. Good luck with your house search! Landlord pays for HOA and trash. Tenant pays for other utilities (water, gas/electric, etc.).
