Accessed by a well-maintained county road near Bull Shoals Lake in Ozark County, this land offers many different end-use possibilities. There's a lot of wooded land that belongs to the Corps of Engineers surrounding the lake here that adjoins this land. There's a long-abandoned large utility building included that needs some work, and you will have to drill a well and put in a septic tank. Then, you will never get a water or sewer bill again. The land is hilly and overlooks the lake. To obtain a good lake view, you will need to bulldoze a few trees on this place. You shouldn't ever get lost here, 'cause you can just follow the Government Take Line back to your land. Of course, if you go the wrong way, you'll walk 1,000 miles before you get back. Better take a canteen along, and maybe a sandwich.
