Whether you're heading to class, the beach, or downtown, getting around to enjoy all Isla Vista has to offer is easy! Community Activities/Events: At Beach City, Campus 880, Abrego, San Andres, Weldon, and 1056 Cliff properties, we strive to foster a sense of community and connection among our residents. To support this goal, we include a $150 annual activity fee per bed lease. This fee helps fund engaging community events, social gatherings, and activities designed to bring everyone together and enhance your living experience! Leasing is by the bed.
