If self employed, 2 years of tax returns and 6 months of bank statements. For government assistance, 6 months of documentation of benefit. 3. Two years of verifiable and favorable rental references from previous and current rental owners/managers (no evictions from any co-applicants). If no recent rental history because of home ownership, an additional security deposit may be accepted. 4. Applicants with landlord judgments or evictions will be declined (except for COVID-protected periods). 5. Acceptable verifiable good credit history (Using a FICO Score over 650 as basis for good). 6. ALL applicants who apply together must meet our Verification Criteria for the entire application group to be accepted.
