If no recent rental history because of home ownership, an additional security deposit may be accepted. 4. Applicants with landlord judgments or evictions will be declined (except for COVID-protected periods). 5. Acceptable verifiable good credit history (Using a FICO Score over 650 as basis for good). 6.
