The property has been installed with a Noise Aware device to constantly monitor the noise level and alerts the host and the property manager when a certain noise level has reached higher than the local city ordinance. When an alert is received, the guest will be kindly advised to keep the noise level to a minimum to avoid complaints from neighbors and local law enforcement.
