    Cute 3 bed, 2 bath pet-friendly home in Takoma for $3595/month. Available June 15 for a one year lease or potentially longer. We are the private owners and have moved away for a work assignment. Because we live outside of DC, we will be scheduling tours this weekend between Friday, May 2 to Sunday, May 4. House is a semi-detached three story home with enclosed outdoor space in the front yard and backyard and ample street parking. Open floor plan and great natural light. The three bedrooms are currently used as a master bedroom, office and guest room, respectively, but office can be converted to a bedroom if needed. Lower level bedroom includes private entrance and second full bathroom. House was fully renovated in 2021 with new bathrooms and kitchen, but preserved original oak floors and hardwood doors. The home will be rented unfurnished. Amazing neighborhood with great metro access (Takoma Red line stop is a ~5 min walk). Directly behind the house there is a 10 block-long green space, athletic fields and parks complex that is perfect for exercise (including six public tennis courts and a pickleball court) or a casual stroll. On your way towards the metro, you can drop by the best coffee shop (Lost Sock Roasters) and the most popular donut shop (Donut Run) in the city. Just a few minutes walk further, you reach the heart of historic Takoma Park, home to the famous Sunday Farmer's Market and a great mix of restaurants, bars and food co-ops. Note: Our house is on Blair Road, which is a busy street. Because of its close proximity to the metro, you can hear and see the trains as they are running. The noise is minimal from inside and we think it's pretty cool, but want to disclose to prospective renters from the outset. One year lease term or longer. Renter is responsible for all utilities (Electric, Heat, Water, Internet) except trash. Pet-friendly (with additional pet deposit). No smoking. No subletting. Qualifying income (3X monthly rent), credit, and rental history check required.
