Very close to multiple forms of public transit. A lovely place to come home to after a long day at school or work and/or a fantastic base from which to explore the entire Bay Area. 1750 spacious square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Features: 1) A large main bedroom suite with a king-sized bed and memory-foam topper; sliding doors that open onto a second-story deck; two sizable closets; and an en-suite bathroom with two sinks, a tub/shower, and a XL washer/dryer. 2) Two additional bedrooms, one with a queen-sized bed and one with twin beds*, connected by a roomy bathroom with a tub/shower. (Alternatively, the third bedroom can be set up as an office with a sitting/standing/treadmill desk.) 3) A kitchen fully stocked with a wide range of supplies for cooking and baking. Includes a Viking gas range/oven, filtered water on tap, an instant-hot water tap, a dishwasher, an in-sink disposal, and all the minor appliances (toaster oven, blender, food processor, etc.). 4) Storage space available in the garage. 5) Important: There is no television. Special notes: This is our home. We will leave it impeccably clean and orderly, and we will clear the vast majority of space in all closets and dressers, but there will be a few items left in place. There is one other tenant in the back area of the home, in a separate in-law unit. For the most part, you won't need to interact, but we request respect around noise levels in the main bedroom, which is directly above the in-law unit. Smoking is not allowed, nor are parties or other large gatherings. There is a quiet-hours policy for the main bedroom at the back of the house (9:30 PM - 7:30 AM). We are open to pets on a case-by-case basis. We're looking for one tenant/group/family to rent for the entire span, but if you're able to rent for at least 90 days, let us know, and we'll consider it.
