Good solid home just needing a handy-man and some repairs. Roof is needing attention/replaced soon, but there has been extensive remodeling done inside. Carpet has been replaced with wood flooring in the living room, dining room, and family room. The bedrooms have new carpet. The AC was replaced in 2005. All plumbing has been replaced and most of the fixtures replaced in 2002. Both bathrooms are somewhat outdated, but they have new toilets, and the guest bathroom has a new tile floor and sink/vanity. The neighborhood is primarily retirees, but has a mix of younger families with all age ranges of children. It is a friendly and quiet area of the neighborhood where this house is located. The neighbors are very easy to get along with as well as friendly and helpful.
