Renter is not responsible for paying any utilities and is offered free Wifi. The housing is fully furnished. Pets are allowed with a $500 deposit. No smoking allowed inside. A $500 fee will be charged if so. Minimum lease requirement is 30 days with the first months rent due plus a deposit of the price of the first months rent.
