For those craving adventure on the water, our kayak and canoe experiences along the scenic White River await. Renter is not responsible for paying any utilities and is offered free Wifi. The housing is fully furnished. Pets are allowed with a $500 deposit. No smoking allowed inside. A $500 fee will be charged if so. Minimum lease requirement is 30 days with the first months rent due plus a deposit of the price of the first months rent. Parties unauthorized or pre approved will have an additional $500 fee plus $20 per person. And may be asked to leave property.
