Update: Things are finally moving along and I'm getting a few of the things done that I've been wanting to do since I broke my arm last summer. Thankfully a friend of mine that's a contractor is going to have some time to help me! Yay!! So I have adjusted the price back to what it was before I broke my arm since I can now finish it up ??
