It faces north, giving you a nice view of the city skyline (see photo taken from my window). The orientation and level (3rd floor) of the apartment prevent you from hearing the bar noise of South Ave, as many of the other units do. The ceilings, layout, and size make this "studio" apartment feel rather large. To give you an idea of size, the pictures show a queen bed and a sectional couch that is 8 ft by 8 ft. You'll be across the street from Lux, steps from Solera/Cheshire, Relish, Tap and Mallet, ButaPub, The Cub Room, The Playhouse, and much more! I am looking for someone to take over my lease, beginning December 15th, extending until October 15th, 2019. At that point you'll be a resident and will have the option to renew without being on a waitlist. You'll tour the apartment with me. I did a lot of research before deciding on this apartment. I don't think there's a better value in a better location if you're looking to live by yourself (when you factor in the price of internet and cable it's equivalent to paying less than $730/month for your own space in one of the best parts of Rochester).
