    Be the envy of your friends & family! This newly remodeled place is slick! Only one shared wall (with the laundry: only two other tenants use!). Roomy and light. The remodeling just was finished; we weren't showing it until now. Updated pics are now live. Please note: the best way to get a response is to send your number, plus tell me about your situation. How many people/pets, AND rental history is key. I do have Coldwell Banker managing it. They have criteria that are "non-negotiables"; credit score over 600, no evictions etc. Me? I like to verbally speak to any potential tenant; if there might be a fit, then put them in touch with the right person at Coldwell. I live out-of-state now, so have a Google Voice. (A bit odd, but I did get used to it.) ;) People who read this to the end know I'd like to hear from them verbally! The easiest way to get a quick response is to leave your number. Water and trash paid. No dangerous dog breeds, please.... they'd cancel our insurance! :( BTW: I do use Coldwell Banker to manage this place. I'm an out-of-state owner, originally from CA.
