It is small but it heats our entire home even on the coldest days. We also do a lot of our cooking on it in the winter. Very efficient and clean. We have a lot of furniture and decorations we will not be able to take with us so you can also offer on those items too- if interested. The cabin is also hooked up to solar power. The room we use for storage could be turned into a nursery or even install plumbing for a bathroom.
