No storing items in hallways, stairwells, patios, or balconies. Unit and outdoor areas must be kept clean and pest-free. Only park in your assigned space. Guest parking is limited to 12 hours; longer stays require a guest pass. Trash and recycling must be properly sorted in designated garage bins. No dumping of hazardous materials or furniture. Management may access the unit for emergencies, maintenance, or repairs with prior notice. Only electric grills are allowed; propane grills only permitted on first-floor patios. Tenants must follow all HOA rules and will be provided a complete PDF for reference. Violations may result in fines to the landlord and impact the lease.
