There a very good medical facilities with outstanding doctors. I can’t say enough about how great Falmouth pediatric doctors and staff. The schools have all be great for both kids. It’s a community and the year round residents are friendly and helpful. This is also very close to a larger farm that has great fresh veggies and fruit. They have a couple events such as pick your own sunflowers and a huge pumpkin thing every fall. This location is close to most things. In summer there is a large county fair about 2 miles away. There are nature loving parks. We have a dog park close as well. You can drive a little further and take a ride down the shining bike path. It’s also fine to drive in the car. You’ll pass by front beach cottages on stilts and you come up in this ocean the whole way it’s so beautiful and you come to an older lighthouse pass. The lighthouse is one of the biggest and most pretty monastery I’ve ever seen and after that you’re into wood hole where the wood hole oceanic Institute is and this is where you can catch the boat to Martha’s Vineyard or Nantucket . The house itself is in good condition but needs a bit of a paint job. Every appliance is brand new as of 2022 all with a five year warranty. The dishwasher is state of the art it doesn’t do a filter. It has blades in it that chops up any food to dispose of it. It’s pretty nice 36 ft.³ side-by-side door refrigerator and heavy duty large fill washer with matching dryer. The electric panel is fairly new the hot water heater 50 gallon tank was replaced three years ago the furnace runs very well and since I’ve had the attic and downstairs insulated the heat bill has dropped quite a bit. It is gas heat and electric for appliances. The backyard is a large slope down to the wetlands. It is really not usable for much the front yard has beautiful, landscaping along with two side gardens, and there is a shadow back, along with a non-attached large screen room that is great for storage of your outdoor gear. We have been very happy here. pond view and beautiful sunseta beautiful view of the pond lots of ducks and chicks in the spring and lots of birds flying over as a fall comes, we have hawks occasionally coyotes raccoons, of course, and lots of squirrels including black ones. The driveway is large enough to fit for cars and the best part of the house is the very back top floor that became an enclosed in porch. There are eight windows full of light grateful plants, the front bay window, overlook the pond
