We've owned, managed, and maintained the house for 15 years and just two families have made it their home, the first for seven years, the second for five. Both available as references. The house is in great shape, everything works as it should because that's how we do things. If the AC, an appliance, or similar fails, we make it right, right now. Clothes washer and dryer installed for your convenience but our maintenance of either won't be a part of the minimum 12 month rental agreement.
