Hi! Current residents here. We know it's a bit non-traditional for us to talk, but we'd love to tell you about our home. Firstly, we love it (and Sharon!) were selling because were moving overseas. We bought this home in 2017 as a house filled with charm and classic features that needed a modern update. So here's some of what we did: 1) Built a new off-suite master bathroom 2) Replaced radiators with a 3-zone central air HVAC system 3) Installed new washer/dryer on 2nd floor 4) Built custom closets in the master bedroom 5) Upgraded the hot water heater 6) Removed knob-and-tube and amped up electrical to 200 amps 7) Opened up the kitchen and tiled a new floor. Theres more, but we have a 1000 character limit and you should know about the 3rd floor bed/bath that doubles as remote-workspace, 2 working fireplaces, 5-bedroom zoned septic tank (2016), screened porch, large yard, 2 car garage, butlers pantry & refinished floors.
