Hi Friends! We are happy to show our cozy apartment on the second floor. Our current neighbors upstairs are moving into their dream home. We are sad to see them go but happy to welcome new ones! This unit is perfect for a single person, couple or a couple with a baby or toddler. It has enough room for 3 people and our of course, our four paw friends! The apartment has two bedrooms; a spacious master bedroom with a closet and a second bedroom with its own closet as well. If you don't need the second bedroom, we have seen it being used as an office, a game room, and even an in-house gym with a treadmill (no heavy weights). The apartment has hardwood floors, 4 closets in total, an attic, a renovated kitchen and your very own outside deck. You are more than welcome to bring outside furniture, a pet gate and make this a fun outside space for you to enjoy. We are only 20 minutes away from NYC by car or express 165 NJ Transit bus. The nearest bus stop is just an 8-minute walk away! There is no laundry or hooks for it, but, there are several laundry options less than 2 miles away from the house.
