A nice little homestead that was built long ago, that's right down the road from music, shopping, ice cream, delicious food, grocerys and more. A big fenced in back yard to run and lay and look at the stars. A little stream that you can try to find little frogs. Ground hogs, moles, rabbits, birds, squirrels and the occasional snake will appear for your view out the back door. A big fort awaits for kids to play on and sleep under the stars. This house as original old windows, wood floors, doors which do bring in that cold winter chill, but have the option to have a wood or pellet stove. Nice cool breeze when you open all the windows and doors that will keep you cool in the summer. All I can say is I love this old house and it has brought my family and I so much comfort and joy. Yes it could use some love of remodeling but I do love the original look which was built in 1924. The basement used to be dirt floors but we have a finished basement now that has lots of room and lots of large windows. It could even be used for Airbnb if you want. So if you are looking for a nice old house, this home is you.
