The downstairs space will include 2 Beds / 1 bath, located in the Villa Park area.The house new central AC, new furnace and water heater, laundry, large fenced in backyard, and new kitchen re-model. Other tenants will be living in the the upstairs unit with a private entrance. The upstairs and downstairs spaces are totally separated as 2 different units. The backyard and laundry room will be shared between our units. About the area: 5 minute drive from Sloan's lake/Edgewater, 8 minutes from Belmar Park, 8 minute drive to Empower Field, 10 minutes from Tennyson and easily accessible to 6th, which helps making daily commutes easier! Rent would be $1,550 (with utilities split 50/50 between upstairs and downstairs unit. Typically around $170/month). Option to rent out the garage starting in July as well.
