Our location in Leucadia, rims the ocean and is famous for its friendly ambience. Enjoy our comfortable, fully equipped 2 bedroom home and one on-site parking space. Walk or drive down a palm lined driveway. Access a private entrance to your secluded garden patio with a large coral tree and fire pit. The two level cottage features wood floors, open beam ceilings and plenty of light and a large private deck area. One month rental is $4,800 ( May 31-July 1). A non-refundable deposit of $300 due on the signing of rental contract will be applied to the rent. Rent amount of $4800 minus deposit due 30 days before move in. A refundable security deposit of $900 due at time of move in. This will be returned if no damage occurs. Cancelation policy- If cancelation occurs, the owners will try to rent the property before June 1. The amount returned will be prorated based on the time the rental is not rented.
