All utilities will need to be set up by the tenant. 6 months is the minimum stay at this property but we can negotiate a lease up to a year. We do not allow pets on the property although we do have the ability to make exceptions for service dogs. No smoking inside the property. Use of the attic is prohibited. Property requires a $3000 deposit and renters must have renters insurance while staying on the property. No parties or large gatherings. There is off street parking behind the property and there is also a gas grill available for use at all times. The property is continuously updated and modified to best serve tenants. The property also has a lawn service that will clean up the yard as needed.
