The studio can accommodate 2 individuals. queen size bed and Sofa bed. Property boast Large fenced in back yard, if like to catch some sun, read a book or take nap. There are many great restaurants to chose from of all liking. Entertainment is endless for adults and children. During the evening time property is well lighted for guest safety. The property has an area for outside dining. There is a Gas and Charcoal BBQ grill for guest to use. Unit has Washer & Dryer. We currently offer 90 day minimum stay for this Studio apartment. Available July 1 2022 All utilities such as water, electric, trash, and cable are covered by landlord. No smoking inside property. Pets allowed deposit required
