Hi! I own my home in the Renton Highlands (close to Hazen High School), and am looking for 1 person to rent one of my spare rooms starting in February! It's a 4 bedroom, 2 bath rambler (master on the other side of the house than the other 3 bedrooms), and recently updated (great kitchen!). Big backyard and large driveway with additional gravel parking. Very nice and safe area, close to lots of stores and 10 min from the Renton landing. One 10x13 room is available, sharing a bathroom with one other female roommate, who is here only about half the week. The 4th bedroom is used as a guest room. Common areas are obviously shared, but fully furnished. Rent is $1100, plus utilities are split evenly with all roommates each month, which ends up being $100-$150 depending on time of year. This includes parking! Additional storage throughout the house can be discussed on a case-by-case basis. Unfortunately no pets as we are maxed with 4 dogs already All dogs are incredibly friendly. Flexible on lease terms; willing to work with folks for the right fit! No smoking allowed
