A $200 charge per day will be applied if this rule is not followed. Excessively dirty units will incur an additional cleaning fee. Parties and events are not allowed, and there cannot be more than the allowed number of guests on the property at any one time. Violations could lead to immediate removal without a refund. Noise should be kept to a minimum past 11 PM. Guests who make reservations for over 28 days must sign a standard lease agreement and agree to a background check before check-in. Violation of these policies will result in reservation termination without a refund.
