Two additional bedrooms was added on to this home at some point in the last 20 years. The bathroom was remodeled four years ago and was made larger then most bathrooms you'll see in homes of this size. New low e- double pane/hung windows installed in both bedrooms and a bay window in the living room. I also had new phone/cable and electric ran through out the home in the last two years. Recently I had the driveway repaved and paved in front of the garage. The garage was built in 2002 in think. I know it's not old. It is 1200 sq. ft. Also have a little lawn shed in the back of the property and it's 10X10. There is a small pond on the property. It's about three feet deep and has fish and some pond plants. Three large trees sit in front of the home which make great shad trees in the summertime heat. Oh, and I don't plan on selling anytime soon. Thanks for reading. On other thing. The picture that is said to be my home is not correct. My house is actually one house to your left in the picture. You'll see the pond and garage. Update. Last year 2008, I gutted the living room, new subfloors and replaced rotted joice, vaulted the living room ceiling to 9 feet at it's peak, recessed lighting in this ceiling was installed, I ran speaker wire thru the ceiling for wall mount speaker system, a security system was also wired in alll new internet and tele wiring, new carpet with stain guard, new water plumbing and wiring out to the spring house pump. That's all I can remember at this point. Next project is the kitchen Neighborhood Description Very quiet and peaceful. Neighbors keep to themselves but are very friendly. Lot's of birds flying around and fish in the pond. Deer tend to venture thru but they usually stroll thru at night. House location is only 8 minutes to Eisenhower Road in Hanover and about 5 minutes to Spring Grove. The only thing I would change about the house is it's location to the road. I'd like to see it set back off the road. One other thing, this site says this house was built in the 1960. I think this is incorrect because my deed says 1940. So still have to a little more investigation regarding this. I do believe that the bedroom additions were built on in the 60's
