This house is fully furnished with 3 Bedrooms, 1-full bathroom, Full Kitchen with appliances (countertop stove and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, coffee maker and Keurig coffee brewer, microwave, toaster oven, can opener and all the kitchen dinnerware, silverware, cookware, etc. It has a 5-seat high top dining table and stools in the kitchen, a spacious living room, and bright sunroom with 8 beautiful windows to watch the sunrise and sunset. The kitchen is fully equipped with dinnerware, cookware and utensils included with this rental. Note: There are no washer/dryer hookups, due to septic restriction, therefore you would need to use a nearby laundromat. Simply park your car at the house and walk across the street to the beautiful private beach! It's ideal for your family vacation gatherings. Family-friendly neighborhood and lots of fun activities close. Walking distance to Weekapaug, Dunes, Fishing, etc. This is a spacious house with all the outdoor amenities, BBQ (propane grill), 2-picnic tables, fire pit, deck patio furniture, tables, chairs, Adirondack chairs and front porch outdoor dining set with chairs to enjoy watching the beautiful sunsets at the beach! Renters are provided designated parking spaces marked with a "Tenant Parking" sign. Trash pickup and Recycle pickup is included in this rental. All trash must be placed in Town of Westerly orange bags. The orange bags can be purchased at the local Stop & Shop supermarket or McQuade's grocery store. Trash and Recycle Pickup is every SATURDAY. Pickup is by 7am on the scheduled day. This cost is included in the rent. Note: Inside the house you may use the traditional "white" trash bags, but then when placing trash outside for service pickups, all trash bags must be securely placed inside Town of Westerly orange bags. NOTE**any trash left outside of the required orange bags will NOT be picked up.** No pets and non-smokers please. Rent = $1600 per month. First month + security is required at lease signing. Total $3200. Rhode Island registered certificate: Short-term Rental Registration STR-22-216, Town of Westerly RI. This is a 8 month Winter Rental period: September 13, 2025 - May 13, 2026. Utilities are the tenant's responsibility and will include the following: -Propane Gas for home heating (baseboard Quiet side system) -Electricity bill (covers home electricity plus electric baseboard heater in kitchen) -Cable/Internet -Wall Split Unit is also in the living room for AC/Heat Controls = Electric - Trash collection is included in rent.
