This property is rented unfurnished, but furnished is possible for an additional $50 per month. If furnished, the house will include the following very comfortable and nearly new beds: one king bed, one queen bed, one full bed, and one twin bed, as well as all the furniture a family would need (as shown in the pictures), two smart TVs, and kitchen items (pots, pans, silverware, glasses, plates, etc.). We will call for services (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, handyman) as needed, but everyone knows that tradespeople can be hard to get in the valley, so we'd prefer a tenant that has some common sense and is somewhat handy who can deal with basic issues.
