My condo is located within easy walking distance of the center of downtown Santa Fe, near art galleries, restaurants and retail shops. However, it is also located on a tree-lined and landscaped lot shared exclusively with only five other condos. There is an attached garage, three outdoor decks/patios and recently upgraded air conditioning. Off-street parking is available for guests. I do not live on the property but am available locally to handle questions or concerns. Owner pays condo fees, trash and recycling, water and cable expenses. Renter is responsible for gas, electric and wifi charges. Smoking is not permitted on the property. One small/medium mature dog is allowed but there is an additional charge. Cleaning can be provided at renter's expense. The garage can be used for vehicle parking but not for storage of moving boxes, furniture or tools/appliances. I am looking for a lease term of multiple months (three preferred, not more than six). Tenant is responsible for watering outdoor potted plants and keeping decks/patios clean.
