(Three or more delinquencies on a background report fails the criteria) b) Take care of the property. (Reports of damage from previous landlords fails the application) c) Respect their neighbors. (Patters of conflict with neighbors fails the application) d) Live up to their contracts. (Breaking of contracts, especially a lease, fails the application) Please note: we also check court records.
