How did Zillow manage that? This should be priced very similar to 6546 S Clifton Rd. Not sure where you obtained the purchase price of $565k in 2004. No such record should exist. The house has never been sold to anyone. We bought the land and custom built the house for easy access and function, with beautiful mountain and city views. It even includes two master bedrooms.
