The front porch was closed in before we purchased, and we use it as a family/rec room. The main floor is basically the front room, living room, dinning room and then kitchen. There is a bathroom on the main floor (toilet, sink and shower). The basement has been 3/4 finished, meaning there is a large finished space with the utility room walled off. There is also a half bathroom in the basement. The upstairs is a hallway with 4 bedrooms and a bathroom. The two front bedrooms are slightly bigger than the back bedrooms. There is a full walk-up attic, which is entered through one of the bedrooms. The attic provides a large amount of storage space, and ceilings are high enough to walk, but due to roof eaves could not be made into a finished space without popping the roof and raising it 5 or 6 feet. We have replaced most of the windows, and all three entry doors since we moved in. The original deck was refinished with composite decking. A small ground level garden deck was built around a dogwood on the side of the house. There is a driveway next to the house which provides two parking spaces of off street parking. The yard is a nice size, and completely fenced. Two sides (rear and right) are fenced with PVC. The left side is brand new cedar fencing.
