Requirements for move-in:
Deposit(s) paid within 24 hours of signing the lease & 1st month's rent and monthly fees paid at least 7 days prior to move-in
Application for each adult over 18 (REQUIRED)
Monthly household income must be at least 2.5x rent or greater
A credit score of 650 or greater. If your credit score is below 650, we will need strong references from prior landlord(s) and employer(s).

1. Is the total income of everyone over the age of 18 that will be living in the apartment 2.5x the rent?
2. Do you have a credit score above 650? If not, can you provide at least 2 strong prior landlord references?
3. Can you pay the security deposit within 24 hours of signing the lease? And first month's rent at least 7 days prior to your move in date?
4. If you or anyone over the age of 18 that will be living in the apartment have a felony or eviction on your record, you will not qualify.
5. We do not allow smoking in or on our properties.
