Even though it is in a neighborhood, what a great patio and mostly private back yard to enjoy evenings with the fire pit. Photographer remarked how cool the natural light through the kitchen light tube / skylight is. Very nice kitchen. Downstairs has a drop ceiling, current owners had a pool table in, wouldn't take much more to finish and enjoy more living space. There is also a room downstairs we CANNOT call a bedroom, yet I see a teen loving this room, or, a den/office. Well kept, lots of room, private back yard, very nice place.
