Hello,
Home is being Renovated. All new foors, trim, windows, furnace. Newer appliances, and washer + gas dryer. HIgh end panelling and wall tiling throughout. Bathrooms will be tiled on all 4 walls, new bathtubs new vanities. Looking to have 1 unit done Jan 15. I will post updated pictures soon.
I have a 4-bedroom, 2-bath home available on the South Side of Chicago (6535 S Carpenter St).
The home includes spacious bedrooms, updated bathrooms, and a large living area. It's located near public transit and parks. Photos and tours will be available starting this weekend, as the current tenant is moving out Thursday.
