It is 4 minutes from Townsend TN, 9 minutes from the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, 17 minutes from the Foothills Parkway and 32 minutes from Pigeon Forge.
We are willing to rent in the winter months, or full time. The house is fully furnished, however we would rent for less for partially or unfurnished. Long term, full time renters would need to sign a 1 year lease and would be responsible for paying the utilities. The house is on a well so there would not be a water bill.
