This is a mountain property, as such, self-sufficiency & responsible fireplace use are a must! We have very snowy winters so comfort navigating a snowy dirt road is needed. Bears, fox, mountain lions, elk, and deer call this land home so common sense regarding wildlife is also required.
You can visit our website to complete a short application before requesting a showing. There is no upfront application fee. A tenant can submit a portable tenant screening report to the landlord, provided it is no more than 30 days old. Gatehouse Properties will never ask you for banking information. - The cabin has some updates (as you can see in the photos), but it is still older with some older windows and an overall rustic feel.
