The refrigerator and stove is included. It has been remodeled for maximazation of space. It has a small room that we turned into a laundry/closet for clothes and removed the closet from the bedroom. It has hardwood laminate flooring in the living room and carpet in the bedroom. It also has vinyl flooring in the kitchen. The washer and dryer are not provided. If you have a very small inside dog or inside only cat you can check with me. 30 day notice for termination after first year term.
