Washer, Dryer in the unit, owners closet, under building parking, community recreation center, BBQ area, Tiki Hut plus 2 sun decks great for sun bathing or catching sunsets on the 4th and 5th floors. It's a great experience to own and use AND to rent as well. The seller did not rent this during season in previous years so rental history reflects that yet it already books 48,000 plus in 2021 and the seller would gladly rent it for the entire next season if you are interested so it has loads of built in rental already.
