House completely remodeled since purchase in 2012. Streetview is not accurate. The neighborhood is bounded on three sides by park land, with only one entrance/exit by car (from MacArthur Blvd). There is a wonderful sense of camaraderie among the neighbors. The house is a five-minute walk from the towpath, four blocks from the MacArthur bike path, and a half mile from the Capital Crescent Trail.
