Could use the two rooms upstairs as bedrooms, we are using them for a craft/sewing room and office. large walk-in closet. entire upstairs is carpeted. Chair lift on upstairs steps. Whole house carpet is "stainmaster" and installed in 2009. Moved back in Oct 2009. Family room has laminate floor w/stainmaster carpet.
