I was the last tenant of this appartment. If approved by the Pickwick apartment management you will receive your own 1 year lease. The best aspect of this apartment is its location. It is located in a very quiet and safe neighborhood and it is within walking distance to the Greenspring Shopping Center (http://greenspringshoppingcenter.com). The shopping center has a supermarket, banks, Rite Aid, doctor, dentist, shipping service, deli, gas station, restaurants and a liquor store. The gas and electricity bill is about $120 a month on BGE's budget billing. However, at least one month a year I am charged $0 and at the end of the year I always receive a check from BGE because I ended up paying for more energy than I actually used. If you are energy conscious you should expect the same. Neighborhood Description The neighborhood is safe, quiet and beautiful. Right off the back patio of this apartment is a expansive grassy area with large trees and also the county line for Baltimore City and Baltimore County counties. There is always plenty of parking in the lots and on the Sanzo RD and Willow Glen Drive.
