Great view of Beach and Ocean and quick walk to restaurants shops etc, Our condo has beach towels, beach chairs that you can take with you to offsite locations, also coolers ,noodles, boogie board, umbrellas, and 2 sets of snorkel gear, even Sunscreen! There is off beach snorkeling at Point of Rocks area just south of the condo. We offer FREE Beach Chaise lounges on the beach ! There is also a Tiki on the beach with picnic tables and a grill and heated pool and restrooms with showers located at the office end of the building. Nice shower to rinse off at the beach before heading back to the condo.. Nice place to read a book in the shade if you prefer. The Beach and water are clean and clear.. wonderful for kids and parents alike. Very shallow for safe swimming.. The location is awesome, South Village is just across the street Grocery Store,. 8 restaurants, Sniki Tiki with nightly music, many Shops, Beauty Salon, Drug Store, 7/11 store, Marina, Boat, Bike and Kayak rentals, Ice cream store with Bakery items, Nice place for an easy stroll . You will love the location! easy on and off the Key via Stickney Point Bridge. You will have Parking on ground floor under building in your personal parking space.
