This home is in need of major repairs inside and out. It needs new widows throughout the ones that are there are wooden, a new kitchen along with cabinets , there are none in the home. The lighting needs to be fixed. There is paneling in the dining room which that seems to be deteriorating from behind. It has radiators for heat, which does not heat the entire house. There seems to be water damage throughout and no matter how many attempts there is no resolution. The basement is dirt and needs work, because before I purchase the home the kitchen was extended and they never fully completed the job. The vinyl siding they added was never insulated and the windows never sealed correctly. The back of the house does not get heated. The bathroom is small and needs to be expanded and it has no bath tub.
