The Studio has a stunning view from the oversized deck. It also has an upscale kitchen, hardwood floors, and many windows for your viewing pleasure. It too has central A/C. The cottage is very private. It is surrounded on 3 sides by water. It is one big room. It has 1 private bathroom, and it has a queen bed in the studio area, and a queen futon that pulls out for another comfortable bed. The cottage has a BQ grill outside to use and very comfy outdoor seating and a Keurig coffee maker. We have several restaurants in the area that can be walked too. We are directly across the street from the Matunuck Oyster Bar, Captain Jack's is next door. The beach is 1/10 of a mile walk. Tenant is responsible for electric and propane. Lease is for an academic rental Sept. 9, 2016 - May 19, 2017
