We own and manage several long and short term rentals in Auburn, and are local. One pet may be permitted with appropriate deposit and small additional pet rent charge. Showings by appointment only, due to notice required for current tenants. Renter pays water and electricity. Rent includes cable tv and internet. One year lease required (ending July 28, 2026). Damage deposit of $500/bedroom due on signing of lease, along with first month rent. This is a no smoking residence.
