Is it Portland's best neighborhood? I think so. This is a great building. Built around 1900 as an original 3 Family structure, It boasts a Quiet Street, a Decent Yard (Cook-outs in the summer!), Woefully Overgrown Gardens (!Calling all Gardeners!) Really Great Ocean Breezes and Ocean Glimpses too. Each unit has it's own private porch. High Ceilings, Wood Floors, Lots of Light There is shared snow-ban parking. On street parking is easy and plentiful. There is shared laundry in basement. This is a nice building to live in. You can smell the ocean, feel the fog, see the sky.
