It is a short drive to downtown Sedona, and offers all the hiking, biking, restaurants, wineries, etc. without all the traffic and congestion that has become typical of downtown Sedona. Restaurants, grocery store, banks , art galleries, golf courses, etc. are all within walking distance. Many trail heads are also within walking distance or a short bike ride. There is plenty of parking in the lot right in front of the building, and a covered parking space is available as well if needed. If you have an RV, contact me and I can help to arrange for parking. Lastly, NO STAIRS!! Carrying luggage, bags, bikes, etc. up and down stairs is no fun in this complex. This is a bottom floor unit, so no stairs.
