After April 10th - "maybe" month to month. 3 bedrooms/1 bath. Fully furnished. On 1 & 3/4 acres. Private locked gate and driveway. $1,950 a month. You pay - electric, gas. I pay the internet, basic t.v., water/sewer, garbage. Washer, dryer, dishwasher. No dogs please. Registered in the West Linn historical society.
